SMART Goals after Assessment on August 8/20/13
In two weeks (t), I will increase my curl-ups from 5 to 8 curl-ups (a) or more (m), by doing 5 curl-ups a day, 6 days out of the week for 2 weeks (s), so I can improve my abdominal strength and endurance (r).
